Gürtelstraße 31 continues to progress steadily and remains on schedule for completion in March 2026. Both House 1 and House 2 have reached significant structural and interior milestones as we move closer to bringing this exciting project to life.

House 1 – Structural and Interior Progress:

The basement shell construction has been fully completed, including the foundation and structural concrete. The ground floor walls have been placed and concreted, marking a major step in the building’s vertical development.

Inside, initial works are well underway. The rough-in electrical installations have been completed, windows are in place, and walls and ceilings are being prepared for the next stages of interior finishing. Flooring and fixtures will follow as the project advances toward completion.

House 2 – Moving Toward Finishes:

House 2 has reached an equally promising stage. The structural shell is now complete, and windows have been fully installed, ensuring a weatherproof structure for interior works to progress efficiently.

The drywall installation and technical equipment line placement are currently in progress, with plastering works scheduled to begin within the next two weeks. Inside, the spaces are beginning to take shape, with flooring preparation underway — a clear sign of the transformation from shell to finished residence.

Lettings & Property Management:

In parallel with the construction progress, preparations are underway to introduce our lettings and property management partner, WMS — overseeing the lettings process and provide full management services for Gürtelstraße 31.
